Tear open a sachet of Hyoshiro Sozai dashi (no sodium added) and add to cooked 🍠 2. Add kewpie mayo and some pepper 3. Mash in thermomix (speed 5, 10 seconds) or any other tool you have 4. Serve with protein and veg of choice to make
